One to One Sessions with Claire

We are always changing, responding to what is happening in us or around us. Individual sessions offer a space away from the distractions and demands of other areas of life to meet where you are now, while also supporting who you are becoming

You may be moving through a current challenge or life transition, healing from past experiences, or sensing that something in your life wants to shift. Sometimes the next step is clear. Often it is not. This work can help bring clarity, healing, and movement.

Growth can be joyful, unsettling, painful, liberating—or all of these at once. It is not always comfortable, and it can be deeply supportive to have someone alongside you.

As an experienced and grounded psychotherapist, I offer a warm and steady space for what is painful, complex, or hard to hold alone. Alongside therapeutic conversation, I also draw on intuitive and energetic approaches to support healing, balance, and deeper transformation.

Our work is a co-creation, and no two sessions are the same.

Sessions may include:

  • therapeutic conversation and reflective exercises

  • identifying and releasing limiting beliefs or inner blocks

  • processing trauma and unexpressed emotion

  • energy healing and rebalancing (emotion code, body code and belief code by Dr Bradley Nelson)

  • shamanic healing or journeying

  • rituals or nature-based practices

  • clearing energy or patterns that feel heavy, stuck or not entirely your own

  • somatic awareness and body-based practices

  • meditation and mindfulness

  • creative expression, such as writing or drawing

I bring together decades of experience and training, including humanistic psychotherapy, nature-based therapy, energy healing and shamanic practice among others. See ‘About Me’ page for more details. 

What we create together will always be richer and more personal than any description on a website can fully capture. These words are simply a starting point.

I currently offer sessions online. Healing sessions can also be offered without you being present, which can work especially well for children or animals

Ongoing Regular Work

Meeting regularly over a period of time allows for deep exploration and healing. In my 15+ yrs as a psychotherapist I have seen how the relationship itself provides profound possibilities for growth as we co-create and explore how to be in this space together over time.

This arrangement is reviewed every three months.

Stand alone healing session

During a one-off healing session for a specific issue or intention we may spend a short time clarifying the intention and then tune into your energy/ subconscious to identify and release blocks and imbalances- these may be emotional, physical or beliefs. They may be directly yours, inherited or absorbed from people or places around you. These sessions are centred around the Emotion Code, Body Code and Belief Code by Dr Bradley Nelson although I may draw on my other healing skills.

50 minutes £90

75 minutes £130

Focussed series of sessions

A series of healing sessions around a particular theme, challenge, transition or goal. This is a great way to dive deep into an area of your life and make a really meaningful change.

These are usually 50 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged.
